Contributing Assertively to Meetings

About the workshop
Do you sometimes have doubts about the effectiveness of meetings or about your own performance in them? If so, this workshop will help you become more effective in contributing to meetings.
Even when the chairperson is not that skilled at running meetings, by improving your own effectiveness you can do a great deal to make sure the meeting is still effective.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the workshop you will:
- What two factors directly contribute to the success of meetings
- Your rights as a member of a meeting
- How to contribute assertively to meetings
