Basic Fire Safety Awareness for Fire Marshals
Length of Programme: 1.5 hours
About the Workshop:
Fire marshals are members of staff who support the role of the senior and/or the deputy fire steward in some of our larger or more complex buildings. They are mainly those working within a particular part or area of a building and assist in the speedy but safe evacuation of a building.
Learning Outcomes:
- To understand the role of a fire marshal
- Increased fire safety awareness
- Be able to identify key hazards and know how to deal with them effectively
Participants:
Those members of staff who are already designated as fire marshals or those who wish to join the fire safety team within their respective building.
