Meeting the Need of Professional Services Staff

In 2011-12, the LPDC received support from the AUA to run a short project to review our central training provision for professional services staff and to introduce the Continuing Professional Development framework.  Thirty participants from across the Directorates, RES, the Library and the Schools and Faculties were involved directly as project participants. As part of the project, each consulted with their colleagues on campus so that the views of more than 120 people were collected to feed into our plans for 2012/13 and to determine areas for priority action. You can find out more about the project and the outcomes it generated in the summary AUA project report here. For further information please contact Jackie Potter by email or on x34476.
