Conversation classes
To increase our language provision to a variety of language learners, the LLU offers informal, non-assessed conversation classes, open to all. Courses are typically 8 weeks long.
Semester 2: LLU - Taster Courses in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish
The Language Learning Unit is offering an 8 week course in either Chinese Mandarin or Spanish for absolute beginners during Semester 2. Further details to follow in 2013.
The aim of the courses are to give a basic introduction to language covering topics such as greetings, numbers and pronunciation.
The courses are not credit bearing and there is no formal assessment.
The courses are open to all Keele staff, students and external learners. The fee is will be confirmed at a later date for 8 weeks of small-group tuition.
