Information for Landlords


Most of our students live off campus during their second year. We provide them with a list of properties which meet key requirements which include

  • Gas Safety Certificate
  • Periodic Electrical Inspection Certificate
  • Energy Performance Certificate 

 

Important Change

From July 2011 we will only register landlords who are registered with the North & Central Staffordshire (previously known as the North Staffordshire) Landlord Accreditation Scheme.  For more information about this scheme please see their website.
