Welcome to Life Sciences

This is a most exciting time for the School. Over the last few years, we have completed the most radical refurbishment programme since the 60’s. The entire south wing of the Huxley building has been refurbished to create modern research laboratories for our major research groups. In addition, we have upgraded the teaching laboratories in the Huxley building to create state of the art teaching facilities. Over £3 m has been invested in these projects. We are proud of the new facilities we have to offer and hope you will find working in the building an enjoyable experience.
