Info-Point Enquiries Service

Info-Point is the Campus Library Enquiries service, staff are here to help you make the best use of the Library's e-resources, facilities and services. 

Info-Point is open Monday to Friday from 08:50 to 18:15 during semesters and 08:50 to 17:15 in vacation.  Whether it is a short 10 minute introduction to the Campus Library or help formulating a search strategy, there's no need to make an appointment - just pop in and ask for help.

Please note that IT Enquiries are handled at a separate Service Desk in the IT Suite on the Middle Floor of the building. The IT Service Desk pages provide more information on this service

Liaison Librarians

These librarians liaise with a number of subject areas, aiming, so far as resources allow, to identify and address the library and information needs of staff and students. This includes managing our collections to keep them effective and relevant, as well as helping users at all levels to make best use of our services.
