Inter-Library Loans Forms

Inter-library loans application forms are provided here in PDF format for use by Keele staff and students who require materials not held in the library. Please print out the form you require, complete it - including signature(s) as specified - and return to Inter-Library Loans either in person or by mail. Online application is not at present possible. The forms require the Adobe reader, which you can download free of charge if you need it.

These forms are intended principally for the use of Keele staff and students. Fee-paying external readers, associates and Keele graduate borrowers may also use them if they wish (see our Inter-Library Loans page for charges), but other external users must apply via their own library, even for items held in stock at Keele.
