Online Enquiries Service
Enquiries can be sent to the librarian on duty at the enquiries desk using the form below.
We regret that we cannot respond to general bibliographic enquiries from users unconnected with Keele University. If your enquiry is not specifically related to Keele library stock, facilities or services, please state your connection with Keele University (unless this is clear from your contact details). Otherwise please contact your own library. Other points to note:
- Enquiries about IT Services should be sent to the IT Services Helpdesk or HallsNet
- A separate form is available for Health Library enquiries. Loan renewals, and requests for items currently on loan, can be made directly from the catalogue
- Enquiries librarians are often busy - we do our best to reply quickly but please make allowances! At weekends and in vacations enquiries sent in the evening will not be read until the following day
