The Postgraduate section of the Law School at Keele is holding an open event during the afternoon of Friday 12 July 2013 from 12pm onwards, in our newly opened Moot Court Room in the Chancellor’s Building.
The afternoon is open to anyone who may be interested in finding out more about the MA in Child Care, Law and Practice Course or the MA in Safeguarding Adults, Law, Policy and Practice Course. This includes anyone who has already applied or who may be considering applying, all are very welcome.
The Child Care session will run from 12pm until 2pm and the Safeguarding Adults session will run from 2pm until 4 pm.
There is no formal agenda for the afternoon, however, there will be an opportunity to watch a presentation and to speak directly to the Course Director (Alison Brammer) who will be available to answer any questions you may have. There will also be copies of various information packs available, including reading lists and written work guidance. In addition, there will be sample essay questions and dissertations from previous years to view and refreshments will be provided.
Attached to this e-mail are copies of our Postgraduate leaflets for both courses which provide an overview of the course, it’s aims, it’s structure and it’s content.
There is no need to reserve a place, although it would be helpful if anyone planning to attend would e-mail s.l.thomas@keele.ac.uk just so that we have an idea of numbers. If you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to e-mail the above address.
We look forward to seeing you.
