Students to help Employment Support Applicants

Stoke on Trent Citizens Advice Bureau have teamed up with Keele University to help claimants with their ATOS Employment support Allowance (ESA) interviews.  The Citizens Advice Bureau, which is based in Hanley and provides advice about residents concerned about money, benefits and other consumer issues, has trained Keele University Law students as note takers.
