Urban Regeneration and Post-Industrialedium-Sized Cities

This seminar considered how medium-sized cities can be defined in the UK and  attempted to conceptualise the differences between cities.  It identified the particular socio-economic challenges that face these cities as opposed to England's 'core cities' and conceptualised the relationship between medium-sized cities and their larger neighbours. Overall this seminar sought to set out the dilemmas facing medium-sized cities in seeking regeneration.
