I hold a PhD in banking management and an MSc in finance from Cairo University. I have 12 years work experience in financial services in the UK and Egypt. My main roles in banking included in investments & portfolio management, and commercial business consultancies. My academic experience includes teaching roles for post graduate and professional courses in accounting and finance at University of Derby and Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences. I am affiliate member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). My current research interests focuses on maximizing shareholders wealth and financial risk management.

- Preparing discounted cash flow analysis for capital budgeting projects.
- Calculating yield to maturity and yield to call pricing models for fixed income instruments.
- Preparing financial statements projection models for financial statements.
- Calculating risk & return for stocks using standard deviation and capital assets pricing models (CAPM). Calculating discounting & compounding values.
Financial & Commercial Consultancies Experience
My consultancy experience at Ernst & Young focused on providing high value financial advice to the world’s most successful companies in financial services and capital markets. My role involves business diagnosis services in the field of finance and corporate restructuring.
