Keele Unity 2013

Keele Unity is a programme of events which run throughout the academic year aimed at promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, throughout the Keele community. The following events will run during 2013 and are open to all staff, students, and the wider community;

  • MARCH THE 8TH: The Gender Debate - 10.30 to 5pm @ Home Farm, the Sustainability Hub
  • Keele Dignity and Respect Day - Tuesday 28 May 2013 @ CBA075.A/B/C
  • Health and Wellbeing Week 5 -11 November 2013 - Main Event Thursday 7th November – time and venue to be confirmed

The following event outcomes are envisaged for delegates attending events:

  • To be aware of the latest University policy and action around equality and diversity
  • To hear from prominent speakers on equality related topics
  • To better understand how this agenda can support staff in their job roles and work to support Keele’s diverse community
  • To have the opportunity to network with other staff, students, and visitors
  • To have the opportunity to provide feedback and shape future University activity in this area.
