Is there a deadline?

There is a strict deadline for applications which is publicsed on the website

Are there any criteria?

Projects will be submitted to the Development Office in the first instance and will not be put to the Disbursement Group for consideration unless they fall within the agreed criteria and have followed the process outlined above.

Should an application not meet the criteria the Development Office will advise the applicant and allow revision of the application.

This will only be possible if the application is received well before the deadline.

Who should be on the application form?

The application must include the name of the person responsible for the project and for carrying out the work and each application must include a statement of endorsement from Head of Department, line manager or team leader.

In the case of student societies this will normally be the Students’ Union president.

What financial information is required?

A one page budget outlining costs and expenditure is required - without one the application will not be processed.
