Teachers
The Keele University Sustainability Hub hosts CPD courses for teachers and is also ideal for bringing your classes to visit.
CPD for teachers
We offer CPD courses fro traching including content and activities for the classroom. The courses are aligned with the displys and demonstrations at the Sustainability Hub and with the research direction of academics at Keele University. Please contact us and let us know your areas of interest and we can let you know what courses we offer that may work for you. As part of the courses we also offer a tour of the Sustainability Hub.
We also have links with the Science Learning Centre West Midlands, located on Keele University's campus, and with postgraduate teacher education in the School of Public Policy and Professional Practice.
School Groups and Activities
The Keele University Sustainability Hub is ideal for a class visit. The exhibit areas has displays on renewable energy technologies, the innovative energy solutions used in the Hub Building renovation and information on the history of the Building. We also are creating activities for children and school groups, so come along, have a look, and tell us the types of activities that you would like to see.
