The Basics

The KeeleCard is the one card you'll need during your time here at Keele. 

The KeeleCard is Keele's official photo ID and campus smart card.

Your KeeleCard will be your access to services such as the library, events, student and Taste Keele food discounts.

Your KeeleCard can be loaded with money at loading machines on campus or online.

Using your KeeleCard on campus is fast and convenient - perfect for Keele students on the go!

Adding Money

We've made adding money to your KeeleCard as simple as possible - there are two ways to add money

1. KeeleCard Loading Machine - Inserts your card, select how you wish to add money (card or cash), confirm the ammount and the funds are loaded
2. Online - introduced as a new service for 2012. Using any web enabled device you can add money. Simply visit the top up page, enter your university username and password when prompted, and follow the on screen instructions, to reload your card.

Building Access

Whilst studying at Keele your card give you access to numerous buildings, facilities and services. These are:

Door acces to selected hall and teaching buildings

Student Social Spaces

24hr Launderettes

Free Bus on campus (FirstBus)

Printing & Photocopying in libraries and student computing areas

Borrowing books from the Library
