Free cycling Activities: October 2013

  • ‌Free cycling activities.
  • No booking required. 
  • Bikes and helmets provided, or use your own.

Bike Maintenance Training, includes:

  • Safety check and cleaning: find out what the parts of a bike are called, what they do and how to check & clean them
  • Puncture Repair: the dreaded puncture! Learn how to remove and replace a tyre and inner tube
  • Brakes: identify problems and set your brakes up
  • Gears: discover how a derailleur works, learn how to set up your gears

Bicycle Road show- Union square: Come and visit the bike bus and try out bikes from our extensive fleet, get advice from cycling professionals and bring your bike along for Dr Bike to check over
