ISTM Progression Documents
Progress Report forms have changed. The major changes are that the report has been split into two, one for the Student and one for the Lead Supervisor, and simplified. There is also a change in emphasis to accompany the change from two Learning plans to one, which is a student Personal Development Plan emphasising training but incorporating learning. The new LP/PDP should be used in ISTM for all new registrations from August 2011, although it may be used earlier if desired. Contact Lisa Cartlidge for information.
