Arriving at Keele
Your offer letter will tell you the date on which you should arrive at Keele. If you are having difficulty arranging flights and may need to arrive earlier or later you should contact the International Admissions Office as soon as possible so that they can help you.
We will ask all students to confirm their arrival day and time at Keele. For students who are arriving for the induction programmes there will be a coach pick-up at Manchester Airport and details will be sent to you.
If you arrive at Keele after 5 pm you should go to the reception desk in the Darwin Building (called 24-hour reception) and collect information and room keys.
Students studying at the International Study Centre at Keele will receive information about the arrival programmes from the ISC, some of which will be the same as the postgraduate and undergraduate programmes for all students.
Induction programme
An induction programme will be available for all new international students: this will start on Wednesday 19 September. Details of this programme will be sent to you a few weeks before the start of semester. This programme will give you information about Keele and living and studying here.
Please visit the International Orientation and Welcome Week pages.
If you have any questions please contact the International Student Support Officer at iss@acad.keele.ac.uk
Enrolment
When you arrive at Keele we will ask you to enrol as a student and then register on your courses. If you have a student visa we will need to take a photocopy of that and your passport. We will help with Police Registration and all other formalities.
