Supplier selected for new HR/Payroll system
Following a comprehensive selection process, we are delighted to announce that Midland HR have been chosen as the supplier for our new HR/Payroll system.
Midland HR has experience of providing systems to many customers within the Higher Education sector and their specialist HE team will work in partnership with the University throughout implementation and beyond. We will be implementing iTrent, their integrated software solution.
The new system will improve the way our HR and payroll processes work. Greater functionality; automated processes and reduced paper flows are some of the benefits we will see. For employees and managers, user friendly self-service will allow us to work with colleagues in a more interactive way. HR and payroll information will be more accessible and once rolled out, we’re sure that colleagues will quickly see the benefits of the new system.
