HR Survival Kit

This HR Suvival Kit section of the Human Resources website includes a selection of helpful resources and training materials to assist those staff within the university who have responsibility for managing other colleagues. Our aim is to for these pages to provide guidance and support for both those new to, aspiring to or experienced in line management on six key areas:

These materials are supported by the HR Survival Kit for Manager's workshop which provides a light hearted but practical approach to the types of issues you may encounter as a manager. The three hour workshop is free to all keele staff and you can find our more about the workshop and forthcoming sessions here.
