The success of Keele University depends upon all the people who work here - we all have a vital role to play. The role of the HR department is to support managers in adopting effective people management practices and to support staff by providing advice and guidance.
The HR team contributes across all areas of the University’s activity and works in partnership with colleagues to support them in their own areas.
All HR staff work to high professional standards. Most of the team are directly aligned with the University Faculties and Directorates, with some working specifically on specialist functional areas.
