Day one covers:

- Negotiated Learning Agreement
- Structured learning plans
- Principles of assessment
Day 2 covers:
- A brief summary of day one

Day 3 - Approval session
It is designed to give new clinical educators the opportunity to discuss their experiences and share good practice with others in a similar position. It is expected that an educator is involved in at least one student placement prior to completion of an approval session. A certificate is awarded for CPD once the course is completed.
