Current Position Main Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of IT/AV Technicians across multiple sites to provide total support for The School of Medicine and The School of Nursing & Midwifery in their respective Desktop IT/In-house Microsoft Windows 2003 servers and Audio Visual and Video Conferencing systems requirements
• ‘Hands-On’ support of staff and students in their use of IT & AV Systems
• Providing forward planning for the acquisition and installation of new systems, software and equipment as required
• Budgetary responsibilities, external supplier negotiation, project initiation, planning and implementation
• Responsibility for the set up and management of video conferencing equipment and live video links (IP & ISDN)

Born in London, England I have had the good fortune to live and work in a wide variety of locations within the UK including The Channel Islands, Southend, London, Southampton, Newport, Liverpool, Birmingham and Bristol.
I am passionate about music, travel, exciting technology and well written Science Fiction.
A few of my favourite things include:
- Watching a quality, futuristic movie with my Fiancee while enjoying a fabulous Indian meal
- Travelling to another country, hiring a car and exploring
- Live music shared with friends
- Shakespeare with the RSC….big shows or small tours…..always wonderful
