Repair Service
IT Service Desk runs a computer repair service for student and staff personal machines.
Laptops are booked in at the service desk and you will be called when they are fixed and ready to pick up.
What services are available?
This service can repair laptops and PCs running Windows, Mac OSX or GNU/Linux.
Services include:
- virus and malware removal
- startup issues
- crashes and stability
- backups and simple file recovery
- OS Upgrades and reinstalls
- laptop hard drive replacements

The charges for this service are:
- £5 Diagnosis
- £30 Virus Removal / OS Reinstall / Data Recovery
