Welcome to HALL
HIV in Later Life (HALL) is a two-year, multidisciplinary, multi-method research project examining the experiences of living with HIV in later life – specifically, the social worlds and social support, mental health, and quality of life of people living with HIV who are aged 50 and above. Focus group, interview, and mental health survey data will be collected through community organisations in London, and three London NHS clinics. The project is funded by the Lifelong Health and Wellbeing Cross-Council Programme, and operates within the Research Institute for Social Sciences at Keele University.
Regardless of what form our research will take (interviews, surveys or focus groups), in the interest of maintaining confidentiality, all data will be fully anonymised, with names and all identifying information changed. Thus, no one participating in the research will be identifiable.
