When and how will I receive my certificate/transcripts?

Your certificate will be sent out within six weeks of formal confirmation of your award by the University Senate.  You will receive with your certificate, five free academic transcripts. If you have not received your certificate and transcripts within eight weeks from the formal confirmation of your award by the University Senate, you must inform Certificates, Records & Exams immediately so that a replacement certificate and transcripts can be posted to you. There will be a charge for requests for duplicate certificates received after the eight week deadline.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a debt to the University, your certificate will be withheld until your debt is settled.
