An academic paper based on a M.Geoscience Keele applied geotechnical research project has just been published in the Near Surface Geophysics academic journal.

Steve Banham (currently studying for a PhD at Leeds University) is first author; his project focused on geophysically locating a disused mineshaft at Apedale Country Park, Staffordshire. Download Banham abstract.

This follows another successfully published M.Geoscience forensic geophysics research project by Alanna Juerges (currently completing a PhD at Manchester University) last year.
