Please be aware that our latest arrival date for International students is 18th October and you need to have obtained a student visa under Keele University's licence number before this date to be able to enrol.

Foundation years are available for overseas applicants in sciences, social sciences, humanities, pharmacy, physiotherapy or pharmaceutical science, technology and business (more information available here).

For UK and EU applicants with at least 140 UCAS points, the General Foundation Year is available (more information available here).

A place on a degree course at Keele is guaranteed for the following September, subject to successful completion of the IFY and a visa being obtained. Students may apply through UCAS for degree courses at other Universities.

During the year, students may apply through UCAS  for a place on any degree course (other than Medicine) at any UK University.

Self-funded

Students are not eligible for a student loan or grant for this course. However, flexible payment packages are available.

The GFY may also be completed part-time over 2 years.

Students interested in a Health-related Degree at Keele are advised to apply for the Health Foundation Year.
