1) I have just logged on for the first time and my opening screen has more than one profile

 6)  I have received an invoice in my invoice task box "Pending Acceptance" the invioce is for a higher "value" or higher "quantity" than on my original purchase order - what do I do?

7)  I have raised my Order Form, it has been approved and converted into a Purchase Order but I have not received  my goods and the suppliers says they have not received my order.  What could be the problem?

12)  I have an invoice in my "Invoice Task Box" and not sure what I need to do as I have already "confirmed delivery" for all the items I have received.

Sometimes an invoice requires action by the user before it is sent for payment.  This may be for one of the following reasons:

 Possible Options:-

12.1) Often if the invoice task is "pending user action" it is because the invoice has been received, allocated to the purchase order, but he user has not confirmed they have received the goods/service.

 If you have received the items ordered, you need to "confirm delivery" for the items / service (also known as "receipting")

12.2) There may be a line on the invoice that needs "mapping" to a line on the purchase order.

12.3)  If the Automatically Apply Account Code Distribution button was "unticked" when raising your order form - all invoices relating the purchase order, will sit in your Invoice Task box awaiting  your action to select the appropriate ledger code.

12.4) The value or quantity of the items on the invoice may be more than the value on the purhase order.  In which case you may need to "vary" the purchase order to take account of this additional value or quantity.

 13)  An invoice is stuck because there is a delivery charge that was not on my Purchase Order - the delivery charge is correct - what do I do?
