Modelling Accelerated Ageing and Degradation of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells

The PhD is part of a major grant success from the new UK-India research initiative in fuel cells.  Professor Ormerod is leading a collaborative team of six leading research groups from the UK and India, which has been awarded c. £1.35 million from the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and the Indian Department of Science and Technology, to fund a collaborative 3 year research project entitled, ‘Modelling Accelerated Ageing and Degradation of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells’.
