New users are required to visit the EM Unit to be given appropriate Health & Safety information and training before they can book equipment.  If you are familiar with the use of the microscopes, we can give you immediate access on demonstration of sufficient expertise and provided you have a recognised research group membership or belong to a registered company.  If you are not familiar with the equipment, we will provide basic training to get you started, at a small cost to cover technical time. 

Existing users: please notify your booking requirements by email or phone as above.

Charges for non-attendance.  If you do not use your booking period we will have to charge you for 1 h time at the relevant rate to cover the loss.
