Post Qualifying Awards in Leadership and Management (Higher Specialist and Advanced)
The PQ Award in Leadership and Management at Keele is offered as higher specialist (Postgraduate Diploma) and advanced (Masters) qualifications. Students intending to participate in the Post-qualifying award in Leadership and Management will enrol on the Masters in Professional Leadership and Management MPLM which has been fully accredited by the GSCC for post qualifying awards. MPLM modules can be taken as stand alone for CPD purposes.
The MPLM and PQ awards in Leadership and Management offer a fusion of skills at the highest level with academic ability specific to leadership in social work. Underpinned by an inter professional educative process the programme will develop critical practitioners required for practice at the highest level in complex organizations in which change/culture change are key elements. The award will enable students to develop social work specific learning based on individually tailored learning plans that are geared to their workplace/workforce needs.
