'North Cyprus'

Editor's note: The administration currently in charge of the northern part of the island of Cyprus is not recognized by the international community. Lawful sovereignty is asserted by the government of the Republic of Cyprus. This entry simply reflects de facto reality - that the northern part of the island is under a separate administration on which students of politics may wish to inform themselves.
