Library Enquiries

Enquiries staff will be pleased to help you make the best use of the Library's facilities and services. The opening hours in semester are:

Monday - Friday 08.50-17.15
Saturday 09.30-17.00
Sunday 10.00-17.00

We also offer an online enquiries service which allows questions to be submitted via a web form to the librarian on duty, or you can send an email to libhelp@keele.ac.uk. Alternatively you can phone on (01782 7) 33535.

Please note that computing enquiries are handled at a separate Service Desk in the IT Suite on the first floor of the Library. The Computing Services Helpdesk pages provide more information on this service, including some Frequently Asked Questions.

Liaison librarians

These librarians liaise with a number of subject areas, aiming, so far as resources allow, to identify and address the library and information needs of staff and students.
