Welcome to the School of Law at Keele
Study at Keele
The School has a distinct profile in U.K. legal education. In addition to equipping students with the skills needed to analyse legal doctrine and legislation, the School is committed to locating the study of law within social, political, historical and comparative contexts. To this end, the study of law at Keele involves an engagement with other disciplines within the social sciences and humanities. This approach to undergraduate study expresses an ethos of interdisciplinarity that has characterised Keele University since its inception in 1962.

The School is proud of its innovative and dynamic learning culture which is characterised by optimism and vitality. The School is committed to maintaining and augmenting an established reputation for democratic procedures and non-hierarchical structures, as well as a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that characterises studying and living on Keele Campus.
