All severely disabled students will be asked to complete an initial assessment for a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan. This includes those with a sensory disability, mobility difficulties and those with epilepsy or other medical conditions which can impact on emergency evacuation. The initial assessment will be undertaken by a Disability Adviser. The assessment will be sent to both your Residential Manager and your Disability Link Officers for your Principal Subjects and Electives. These members of staff will talk you through the evacuation process and any adjustments required, ensuring that you evacuate any building in the quickest and safest way.
