Prunus x subhirtella 'Fukubana'

Introduced by Collingwood Ingram in 1927 from California. It produces a profusion of semi-double pink flowers with deeply-notched petals carried in clusters along the branch. The leaves turn red and yellow in the autumn. Flowers mid-March to April. Will grow to 25ft with a crown on 20ft.
