This module will build on your level 6 module looking at evidence-based practice. You are expected to develop your proposal from level 6 into a fully formed theoretical project. The specific focus of the project will be negotiated with the student according to their professional interests and preferred areas of practice. The project focus may include staff, or student education, the redesign of a system or process, or the proposed introduction of new working practices and treatments. Due to organisational restrictions, the theoretical implementation and overall evaluation of the project must be extensively documented and prepared as a report suitable for consideration at board level within an organisation.
