We want to give you an insight to our world and if becoming a recruitment consultant appeals to you we will discuss the opportunities further. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven and passionate graduates to join our Randstad Care office in Birmingham in the position of a Recruitment Consultant. The role of a Recruitment Consultant gives you a chance to make a difference and make money! The candidates we recruit and supply to our clients are enhancing the lives of individuals in the various Residential Care Homes, Hospitals and in the various Local Authorities in and around the Birmingham area. The entire team prides itself on the quality of staff it provides and gaining a positive reputation with our clients.

If you join the team, you can expect:

In the first 6 months you can expect full training from an experienced manager and an excellent “Great Start” Induction at our UK Head Office. This is designed to ensure you are fully equipped to begin your successful career with Randstad Care. The support doesn’t stop there, there are regular opportunities to take part in Recruitment Specific training, where you have a chance to learn alongside colleagues from differing Randstad specialisms and all the way along your career your manager will be there to offer advice. We can help you fast track your career and help you make the most out of progression opportunities.

The money, well…..our hard working teams efforts are rewarded with a highly competitive commission scheme, which brings earning potential to £50,000 OTE as well as a basic salary of up to £21,000. There are also great benefits, cycle to work scheme, contributory pension, increasing holiday days per years, a day off when you move house (your first property possibly?) and many more competitions and the chance to win a holiday!
