KEEN – Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise Network

A new business improvement programme designed to help West Midlands SMEs increase their profitability and achieve growth through working with a regional University.

For companies who are yet to realise their full potential, KEEN offers the transfer of knowledge into the business via a recent graduate who is recruited to work full time on a project jointly developed with the University, for between 6 and 24 months.

  • Mentoring and support from a University academic
  • Access to the University’s resources
  • Access to an equipment and travel budget for the Affiliate
  • Contribution to the employment costs of the Affiliate
