Methods of Payment:

Cheque, Cash or Card - Enjoy peace of mind by booking in advance, simply contact the Box Office on 01782 734340. Cheques should be made payable to Keele University. You are also able to pay by cash to the Box Office or on the door before the event commences.

Book Online: You can now book tickets for many of our events online - Book Online


Phone: Call us on our Box Office line 01782 734340 to book your tickets. You will receive your tickets in the post prior to the event or they will be available for you to collect.

Reservations: Reservations will be held for a maximum of three working days. On the day of a performance reservations are held until 15 minutes before the start of an event.

Group Discounts: For all Keele Concerts Society events - buy 9 tickets for the same event and get the 10th one free (applies to the cheapest ticket). To receive a group booking tickets MUST be booked in advance at the same time and by calling the Box Office.

Young People: For all Keele Concerts Society events - all young people aged 16 and under go free when accompanied by a full paying adult.

Keele Student Offer: For all Keele Concerts Society events - buy one concessionary ticket get one free. Also Student Membership for Concerts Keele at £25 for 14 concerts.

Returns: Unfortunately no refunds are available for unused tickets. However if an event sells out we will endeavour to sell on spare tickets if requested.
