Welcome

People aged 50 plus are a major part of the UK population and the University is set to expand its work around ageing across research, professional development and community education.
The University has an international reputation for research and teaching on issues affecting older people and professionals working in the field.
And with people living and staying active longer, there are opportunities for educational, voluntary and leisure activities well beyond retirement age.
The University is well-placed to provide applied research, academic and professional programmes and a wide range of services for older people.
Keele is developing a major programme of engagement with a variety of stakeholders involved with older people as well as groups of older people themselves.
